Skillet Lasagna 🥘

All the comfort of traditional lasagna made in one pan for a quick and delicious weeknight dinner.

Standard Preparation (From the Label)

  • You will need:

    • 1 package of Skillet Lasagna mix

    • 1 lb ground beef

    • 1 (16 oz) can tomato sauce

    • 2 cups water

    • 2 cups mozzarella cheese

    • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese

    Cooking Instructions:

    1. In a large skillet, brown and crumble the ground beef. Drain off the fat.

    2. Add the skillet lasagna mix, water, and tomato sauce to the pan.

    3. Bring the mixture to a boil.

    4. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring often until the sauce has thickened.

    5. About 5 minutes before serving, top the mixture with the mozzarella cheese.

    6. Turn off the heat—do not stir—and allow the cheese to melt completely.

    7. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese just before serving.

    Ingredients: Barilla pasta, instant dry milk, dried minced onion, cornstarch, chicken bouillon granules, basil, thyme, black pepper, parsley, garlic powder.
