Skillet Lasagna 🥘
All the comfort of traditional lasagna made in one pan for a quick and delicious weeknight dinner.

Standard Preparation (From the Label)

You will need:

1 package of Skillet Lasagna mix

1 lb ground beef
-
1 (16 oz) can tomato sauce
-
2 cups water
-
2 cups mozzarella cheese
-
¼ cup Parmesan cheese
Cooking Instructions:

In a large skillet, brown and crumble the ground beef. Drain off the fat.

Add the skillet lasagna mix, water, and tomato sauce to the pan.

Bring the mixture to a boil.

Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring often until the sauce has thickened.

About 5 minutes before serving, top the mixture with the mozzarella cheese.

Turn off the heat—do not stir—and allow the cheese to melt completely.

Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese just before serving.
