Recipe Ideas & Kitchen Tips
-
Seafood Feast: Add a combination of shrimp and crawfish tails during the last 5 minutes of simmering for a true Louisiana experience.
-
Vegetarian Jambalaya: Swap the meat for sliced plant-based sausage and a can of drained kidney beans for a hearty meatless meal.

Chef’s Note
"For an extra layer of flavor, brown your sausage or chicken in the pot first before adding the water. The browned bits at the bottom (fond) will make the rice even tastier!"
