You will need:

1 package Yellow Jasmine Rice mix

3 cups chicken broth or water

1 bay leaf (optional)
Cooking Instructions:

In a medium sauce pot, add the rice mix.

Stir and cook over medium heat for about 2 minutes to slightly toast the rice until you hear a slight popping noise.

Add the chicken broth and bay leaf.

Increase heat to high and bring to a rolling boil.

As soon as it boils, reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes.

Turn off heat and let it rest, covered, for 10 minutes.

Fluff with a fork to separate the grains and serve.
